Catherine Bewley is co-director, with Angela de Castro, of Contemporary Clowning Projects and The Why Not Institute. She mixes her work on clowning with work as a researcher and campaigner working with people with learning difficulties. In addition to helping manage and develop CCP and The Why Not Institute, she works part-time for a UK campaign called Values Into Action. She has a BSc in Psychology (University of Durham, 1984) and an MSc in organisational psychology (University of Sheffield Social & Applied Psychology Unit, 1991).
